medecin5 My imaging projects focus on image segmentation, image registration and modelling and calibration of some sensors without or with learning approaches (deep learning, Bayes, SVM). On-going projects follow:

-       modelling the ultrasound plane (abstract) and calibrating a 3D ultrasound probe (abstract)

-       statistical modelling of shape and appearance of organs for segmentation of images (abstract)

-       bone/soft tissue interface segmentation in ultrasound images (abstract)

-       real-time segmentation of the mitral valve in ultrasound images (abstract)

-       semi-automatic segmentation of the prostate in ultrasound volumes (abstract)

-       segmentation of radioactive seeds in CT (abstract) and 3D ultrasound (abstract) images

-       segmentation-less registration of CT/US data (abstract)

-       data registration for non invasive tracking of soft tissues (abstract) or bony structures (abstract)

-       3D/2D hybrid (image-based and feature-based) registration of ultrasound images (abstract)

-       AI for 3D/2D ultrasound image registration (abstract)

-       AI for 3D ultrasound image segmentation (abstract)

Several of these projects were developed in collaboration with colleagues. The PhD or postdoctoral students I am currently responsible for, concerned by these projects are:

-       Tamara DUPUY (co-supervised by Sandrine VOROS, TIMC)

-       Clément BEITONE, postdoc.

PhD theses defended on those topics or close ones which can be obtained on the HAL dedicated web server.

-       Hatem YOUNES, 2020

-       Sonia-Yuki SELMI, 2017

-       Oussama HADDAD, 2017 (directed by Eric STINDEL, LATIM, Brest).

-       Jonathan SCHERS, 2009

-       Sebastien MARTIN, 2008

-       Michael BAUMANN, 2008

-       Antoine LEROY, 2004
