Medical robotics is very specific in the sense
where a non-technical user is involved and the working environment (e.g. the
operating room) is very constrained. The listed projects deal with those
specificities and propose original solutions:
-
the
Passive Arm with Dynamic Constraints : PADyC
-
the
tele-echography robot : TER
-
the
light robotic endoscope holder : LER
-
the
robot for prostate brachytherapy: PROSPER
-
planning
and control of complex needle trajectories – “needle steering” (abstract)
-
design,
analysis and development of miniaturized continuous robots for medical
applications
The PhD students
I am responsible for, concerned by those projects are:

Strasbourg).
PhD theses
defended on those topics or close ones which can be obtained on the dedicated web server.
