Position

I am a CNRS researcher (Chargé de Recherches, section 21) in the Computational and Mathematical Biology (BCM) Group (previously TIMB) of the TIMC-IMAG Laboratory in Grenoble, France.

Research Interests

• Smart-pooling (AKA Combinatorial Group Testing) for high-thoughput biology (in particular, yeast-2-hybrid). Follow the link for information and source code related to the Shifted Transversal Design (STD), the interpool software package, and more!
  

• Biomolecular interactions in the extracellular matrix: I am involved in the coordination and implementation of the MatrixDB database.

• Protein-protein interactions (prediction, identification, networks).

• And more generally: functional genomics, transcriptomics, proteomics, gene networks...

Background

1994-1997: computer science engineer, with training from the ENSIMAG.

1997-2001: PhD in Computer Science, at the LSR laboratory in Grenoble and jointly in Marc Vidal's lab (at the time, at Mass. General Hospital, Boston; now at Dana Farber Cancer Institute, Boston).
Title: Conceptual modeling and predictive analysis of protein-protein interactions in Caenorhabditis elegans.
